Guest Count
Parties of 8-300 are welcome to book one of our Tea Packages.

Event Retainers
Event Retainers are required to make a tea event reservation and will be applied towards the final balance of the party.
GROUP SIZE RETAINER REQUIREMENTS:
8-20 guests: $100
21-60 guests: $200
61+ guests: $500

Room Set Up
Tea Events will be set up according to preset layouts. For more information, please contact us.
Up to 2 additional event tables are provided complimentary upon request for gifts and cake. We Include an additional 30 minutes for set up and tear down of your decorations. Additional times may be available for $90.00 per every 1/2 hour.

Age & Attire
We welcome guests of all ages and all rooms are fully accessible via elevator. At Spring Tea Garden there is no dress code, but we believe dressing up is always more fun! Kids Ages (3-10) = Same Menu 10% Discount

Final Details
All final details will be confirmed 7 days before, including final number, tea selections, linen selections, and extra tables. Guest count may increase after confirmation, but the gust count given upon confirmation will be the minimum paid for regardless of actual attendance. Final payment is due immediately following the event.

Please see our tea page. All tea packages come with three selections for the group.

BYO Cake & Dessert
Spring Tea Garden staff will cut and serve cake free of charge). Corkage for wine is $12/bottle.
​
Decorations
Guests are responsible to bringing in, set up, and clean up all desired decor. Non-permitted items include: confetti/glitter, command strips, nails, tacks, and candles. Music and games are ok at private events as long as they do not disturb other guests. Centerpieces, florals, balloons, banners, and/or additional decorations are not provided or included by Spring Tea Garden.

Service Charge & Sales Tax
18% Service Charge plus Tax will be added to all Tea Events.
​
Outside Food
We do not allow outside food. All food items will need to be provided by Spring Tea Garden

Cancellations and Postponements
All retainers are non-refundable and/or non-transferable to a new date if you postpone. If events is cancelled/postponed within 3 weeks from your event date, 50% of Final Balance is due as we stop taking reservations for your time, date and private room.

Date and Time
Regular hours are Thursday-Sunday, 10:00am-4:00pm. Wednesdays by advance reservation with a group of 10 or more. All tea events will be 2.5 hours long.
Rooms
Private rooms are available. Some rooms will require a room rental fee and a food minimum guest count. We offer time slots of 10-12:30 or 1:30-4:00 (subject to availability). Please call and speak with an associate to confirm availability.

The Tea Room holds specific seatings from 10:00 – 12:30 and 1:30 – 4:00.
**Groups of 8-16: The Tea Room will be open to the public and other guests will be enjoying tea.
***Groups of 40+: To buy out our tearoom for a private event, the host must pay for 40 guests minimum, 60 maximum, plus an additional $250 room rental fee.
*** Group of 61+: Additional staff fee will be applied. Please ask for proposal.

After you have an idea of your guest count, which package you'd like, and your desired event date, contact one of our friendly coordinators to ask about availability

Once you've chosen a date, time, and room, contact us again to put in your deposit and set your event reservation

We'll give you a call about a week before your event to confirm you final guest count, tea selections, linen selection (if applicable), extra tables, and any additional requests
Event
On the day of your event, come in, set up, have a wonderful time, and pay the remainder of your balance immediately following
